In 2006, Syna and Phil embarked on their journey aboard Caribbean cruise ships, eventually settling in Mineville, Nova Scotia, by 2016. Phil, armed with an MBA, delved into real estate the same year. Syna, a Civil Engineer Tech, transitioned from construction to real estate in 2020, forming the Evans Real Estate Team with Phil. Melisa joined the team in 2022 and Alex in 2023, each bringing unique skills and passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
